Adult Programs
LFFP offers programs for adults that create space for reflection, skill-building, and community connection. Our adult programming helps participants reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and learn practical tools for addressing conflict in everyday life.
Whether you are an individual seeking inner peace, a teacher looking to build a more peaceful classroom, or a workplace aiming to foster collaboration, our adult programs are designed to meet you where you are.
Participants benefit from:
Greater self-awareness and stress management through mindfulness and reflection practices
Improved communication and conflict resolution skills for home, work, and community life
Deeper connections with others in supportive, safe spaces
Practical strategies for building a culture of peace in schools, organizations, and neighborhoods
PEACE CIRCLES IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL
In collaboration with neighborhood groups, churches, and affinity groups, LFFP facilitates Peace Circles that provide time for reflection, storytelling, and relationship-building. Participants are encouraged to explore what they need to bring more peace into their lives, how they can support one another, and ways to extend peace into their communities.
